Enigio is a deep-tech company whose flagship product trace:original can create digital original documents which perform and behave exactly like paper documents but with increased speed and much lower costs.
trace:original makes it possible to digitise any type of document, but is designed for the most difficult ones, especially negotiable instruments like promissory notes, bills of exchange and bills of lading. It enables interoperability and automation with minimal operational impact and maximum ESG benefits.
trace:original is designed to comply with current legislation and is fully aligned with UNCITRAL’s Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records (MLETR). Founded in Stockholm in 2012, the Enigio team includes experienced computer engineers, researchers, software developers, and senior professionals from the financial sector. The team is especially strong in document technology, archival science, cryptography, DLT, relevant legal frameworks and banking.
When Enigio chose AWS cloud and wanted to setup a base organization structure for the first time Omegapoint helped with designing and creating the blueprint for this. Everything that was setup and prepared have worked extremely well during Enigio’s continued evolution and never have the structure been limiting. A lot that was in the original setup and that was not used from the start have later been discovered to have been prepared perfectly for next steps. Omegapoint also successfully performed an AWS well architected evaluation and conducted both the interviews, evaluation, reporting and discussions about improvements in a very professional manner. Omegapoint consultants have also been used continuously by Enigio as AWS and IT security experts to develop, test, support and review to check designs and help solve new challenges, always in a way so that Enigio’s own team could learn, choose the best solution and progress. We have been very happy with the cooperation with Omegapoint.
